Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU countries. We don’t ship outside the EU at the moment. Some territories that belong to EU member states but lie outside the EU customs area (for example the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the French overseas departments and the Åland Islands) are not available.

Processing time
We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland). Every sink is carefully packed before it leaves us.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the full price. There are no hidden fees.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days, depending on the country and courier service. These are estimates, not guarantees, because delays can happen on the carrier’s side.

Carrier and tracking
We ship from Poland. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes
All deliveries stay within the EU, so no customs duties or import fees apply.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can only change it before the parcel is dispatched.

Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, or the delivery date has passed, email us with your order number. We’ll investigate it with the carrier.

Damaged in transit
Our sinks are made of glazed steel, which is very tough but can chip if the parcel is handled roughly. Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the sink is damaged, take photos of the packaging and the sink and email them to us within 7 days of delivery, together with your order number.

Local pickup
We don’t offer local pickup. All orders are shipped.
